09.07.24 Backyard Wedding in Naperville, IL

T + E got married on a beautiful fall day in E's family home surrounded by 100 of their closest family and friends. The couple did an incredible job putting together this wedding. They rented a big, white tent that was put up in the backyard and filled it with tables, chairs, a black and white checkered dance floor, and amazing disco ball decor. The bride created all the decor herself, including the centerpieces, the mirror, and all signage -- it all looked so professional, I was truly impressed!

The ceremony was held under the gazebo that already existed in the backyard and cocktail hour was held closer the house where cocktail rounds were set up. Servers passed appetizers and the open bar was located inside the tent. For dinner, the couple hired a taco bar who made the tacos fresh-to-order.

Once the dance floor opened, it was never empty again. The couple had light-up foam sticks and heart-shaped sunglasses for their guests and the DJ kept energy up by playing both throwbacks and club music.

This wedding was certainly unconventional, but we believe that is where we shine! When the couple handed off the reins to us, we were ready to take on the challenge and were there for any uncertainty that was thrown our way!
